I ran 13.7 @ 103 on GM Stage 2 with 2.9 and bolt ons. That was on Pirellis as well. All it takes is practice. Oh, and might I add that was only my 3rd trip down the strip...ever.
It also depends on track prep. I went to another track and couldn't net lower than a 14.4 on street tires in cooler, less humid weather because of crummy track prep.

on a 3" pulley, GM 42s, injen cai, magnaflow muffler & custom tune i ran a 13.9 @ 105 on street tires.... so it's definately possible. like some of these guys have said, go out there and practice
if you want to spend a little extra $ and get a nice upgrade.... go with the OTTP rotated tranny mounts, they completely elminate wheel hop

^^^^^TRUE!^^^^^ Practice your launch the most!! dont dump the clutch ever you will just spin w/out slicks. lower your tire pressure to about 18lbs or so at the track and do a burnout not in the water box not needed on streer tires. Go off the tree like a normal stop light ease on the gas in first then floor it once you hit second you should be golden. Also relax have fun out there dont overly excited its you and the clock!
