Ingalls ETD settings

I have the Ingalls ETD shipping to me as I speak and have been reading up info on it and it seems to really help our cars out. My first time at the local 1/8th track with my current mods I ran a 9.268 ET at 79.428 MPH with a 2.417 60ft. I know for sure I can get in the 8s if I could just get that 60 ft down. Every run was terrible wheel hop, even 2nd gear and I was being easy on it until I got past the halfway point. Anyways a few questions I have is, how much better is the wheel hop situation with the Ingalls set on the softest setting and if I set it on the stiffest setting will the vibrations be really annoying. I've heard of the vibrations at low RPMs and was wondering how high do the rpms need to be before everything calms down?
