Installing a pulley using a press?

Anyone do this to remove and install a pulley (hub) for stage 2? I work at a large shop and we have a high dollar press. Figured we could use that, but I have seen installs using a bolt?

The dealership I work at just used a press to get the old pulley off and used a alternator pulley tool to put the new hub on. Took them 30 minutes.

Ford dealership btw, not GM.
