Installing the Stage 2 S/C Pulley????
Hey I've looked for this everywhere but don't know if it's true or not. I heard to install the smaller boost pulley on the supercharger, the supercharger has to be removed off the block. If this is true (and done in my garage) does it void the manf. warranty? I've already talked to GM about it, and they were supposed to get back to me three weeks ago. (Oh and also same question with the injectors, does installing them myself void the warranty?).
Thanks

installing the pulley is alot easier if you remove the SC.
i bet is possible to do the swap without removing it but i wouldnt reccomend it.
there would be no room for the pulley puller anyway.
i did the install myself and then had it reflashed at the local dealership. it was very simple just take you time and remeber how everything look as you take it out.
For you warraanty to be voided GM has to prove that the parts you installed caused whatever problem results. And with these parts being made and sold by GM it is gonna be a tough case for them to make it seem that the parts they designed were the cause of whatever problem.
