Intake question

How much HP does a Injen cold air intake add?

this dude on ebay is saying like 16.

Is that true?

RedLine TV used an 06 2.2 w/SAI on a televised show and did some dyno tests with:
1st, GMPP Performance Exhaust...got 8 WHP
2nd, InJen Intake...got an additional 7 WHP
Total: 15 WHP over stock.
