Mine runs the exact same way. I got it dyno'd this weekend and ran really rich. I have turned mine to C 0 and I'm going to have it tested again on this setting on saturday to see if it puts my air fuel closer to where is should be which will in turn give me more horse power. Keep in touch and I'll tell ya what i find out. But dont sweat your bogging. It happens on alot of then Intense SS's fron what I can gather

That MAF-T is really sensitive, set it at D2 since you have the intake slightly modified. I know this doesn't make much sense, but infact it does. By making it richer lower in the rpm the computer doesn't freak out from being so lean and dump in extra fuel. That extra fuel will help keep the temps cooler and the car will run a little better. Just try it. I bet you get rid of that bog. Of course the best way is to just buy the PCM.

D 2???? I ran rich at C 1 wouldn't 2 make it even worse. I'm okay with the car bogging a little if I get more hp at high rpm's.....
