And getting married will do even more damage to his energy level. Just tell Mev that he is not allowed to die until after the engine is all done and tuned

just imagine what that is going to sound and feel like.

I'd make sure you get on your bigger injectors, smaller pulley and all that on there because many people have done a 3" without much on there and they saw loses all around, some with gains at the top end and loss of torque...just warning ya...

no one has lost power from putting on a 3", what people have found is that the 3" does not make as much power as the 2.5" in the lower RPM's, but I have no worries regarding that, as you've seen from my SIG I plan on putting quite a bit more power then stock, so I'll need that 3"

With all you have going on I don't blame ya for doing that with what you're putting on. But people on the RL forums have purchased a 3" and seen loses. One guy bought a cut out and put it towards the back of the exhaust system before it got smaller and saw a 5hp loss.

I thought larger exhausts were better for turbo's so they are able to spool faster. I think a 3" on our cars may be just a little overkill.

Exactly why I deleted all my posts. I organized a GB, had over twelve people on the list.

I got the price, and even had them work with us to lower it to $600shipped. Thats free shipping.

Then all of the sudden everyone disappeared, including JBP. Nobody cared, so I figure why bother?

No pics of a finished product, or the promised dyno. Its been how long and STILL nothing, great job JBP.

Give JBP a break because most of their time lately has been working on my engine and creating custom stuff I need to put the project together. This work does not only benifit me but others who will have better products available because of what they have learnt and designed for my car.

I think most ppl woud prefer they work on a header and not a twincharge kit. I think there are a lot more ppl out there looking to get the most out of their m62 and have no intention of going twincharged. So how does a custom tubo manifold for your car help me and the others like me?

They are building my engine, who said anything about them doing a twincharged kit?

I'll go out on a limb right now and say that it may make power (12 HP), but nothing special or much better than any other header on the market.
All the spin about "Laser science", "flow performance", and "equal length primaries" is all fine and good, but it's all speculation when dealing with a supercharged engine.

No disrespect to JBP, but you can design with the best knowledge in the biz and until that dyno comes back it's 100% speculation on a new motor.

If this is the case, then they need to realize that they have more than one customer to satisfy. Customer service doesn't involve making one person happy just because he is willing to spend the most.
