This whole ordeal sucks man, I feel for you.
Sidenote: I love all the people coming in acting as if they could have figured out the issue in a couple days lol. The amount of money a person would have spent in tools to diagnose the issue would have far exceeded the cost he has into repairs thus far.
Just keep being patient, I feel you are in for good news soon!

Also, if I were in your position about "only" being charged 4 hours for the diagnostic work, I'd be feeling more like "I'd better not be charged a bunch of money because the dealership can't diagnose their own car." I thought the $125 or whatever diagnostic fee was a flat rate...
Admittedly I'm a bit jaded towards dealerships' service departments and GM customer disservice.

They just finished driving it around.

It was the ecm.
So now i just need to come up with around 1200 bucks for gm and another 500 or something like that for pwerks and im on my way.
Oh and probably another 1200 for a whole new exhaust because my cat was clogged so the technician hollowed it out... And my cat is welded to my catback... And ricey likes his cats.
