Are your fans on 100% of the time. That helps idle temps. Here in Az with over 105-110 days lately, that's where ours sit. Can get up to 150-160 extended periods of idle.

I really wouldn't worry about idle temps unless you plan to take it to the track.

If the intercooling system is functioning 100%, IAT2's should drop nice and quick once ya get moving again.

In your case, and where you live, I'm sure it's not that easy. That's why I love PA. Stays decently cool.

It makes a huge difference here. Keeping idle/cruise temps down is a must. The lower I start the pull at, the lower overall it'll be. It won't drop enough at the beginning of a pull to make up that difference. Even at nights here were in the 90's
