but that doesnt explain how you came up with the design, coordinate measuring machines are for measuring not for flow testing or computational fluid dynamics. For example, what exactly does the large C shaped cut in the back of the outlet serve?

But to reiterate, the widest split barely precedes the leading rotor lobe closing point. The steps break up the pulses for smoother airflow. It's not that difficult.
After being done by hand, it was digitized with a cmm, angles and shape made symmetrical, then done on a cnc.
As I said elsewhere, "it's not some back shelf dremel job"

The general idea has been tested over and over on other platforms. That's where the bases comes from.
The large c is the smoothest possible way to bring the splic back together.
The problem, here, is that you started popping off about something that I spent a good deal of time and money on, and provided dyno proof, stating that you don't believe for a second there are any gains, based off of your theoretical opinions.
Apparently, you must be a master armchair physicist.
You more or less flat out called me a liar. And I don't take very kindly to that.

The "general idea" has been proven successful over and over. Use google. I'm not spool feeding you.
Regardless of your opinions, it's no excuse to call someone a liar simply because your thoughts don't line up with their tested results.
Grow up.

Actually... it'll be in OL for like 30 seconds to a minute.... so should be fairly rich.. in the 10's... then slowly creeping back to ~14.7:1... or you can just force it into closed loop as soon as you start it.
EDIT: Decided to read.... You just changed the head and cams really (as far as what will affect the idle).... So it should start up and be fairly normal.

ok, thanks. i figured it shoulllld be normal, but i wasn't sure what normal was. just to be safe and know if, say, something wasn't right.
yeah i'll be switching to e and the 80's after i break it in, and before it goes to the dyno. figure i wouldn't be able to run it right on e and 80's with no tune
would i be able to drive this thing like i stole it or no? after the 1st or 2nd oil change lol
