Hes reading 90 psi at idle and not in boost. Drops 1/3 right after/as car gets into boost

Change the fuel filter. Something is wrong.

If the guy is as big as you say, he should be able to fix it

Are you running a wideband? Or just using lambda off the stock narrow band and assuming the injector is performing as listed (TLDR if you mentioned the addition of a wideband)

Any idea what your A/F or lambda was at WOT with your prior tune?

the thing on the fuel rail is a fluid damper. If he is really getting 90 psi of fuel pressure (double check with another gauge) then it has to be either fuel pump, fuel filter, or the line from the factory regulator

Thats bull your getting charged for two tunes. Sounds like an *******, if there was such an issue he shouldn't have put so much time into it.

Start with the fuel filter, but I'm kinda doubting that your seeing 90 psi of fuel pressure.

Someone that knows cobalts (Alan) would be much better off tuning/diagnosing issues than a LSX guy

See in retrospect it would have been better for me to replace my pump with a nice ethanol pump then i would have replaced the filter lol

Get a rsfs or brfs. Pick a nice e85 pump and call it a day.

Yeah... What doesn't make sense is it's dropping to where it should be at all times.

Just let me know Adam. I have a local dyno rented out the 19th

Well Al, considering there's no gaurantee the shop will properly tune me even after this B.S. is fixed and the price they charge compared to you i think i'm gonna have to bring it your way on the 19th!

would have been fine had my fueling been right dude, this fail has nothing to do with the tuner besides perhaps the fact that he could have found out sooner instead of tuning it as is, but that's really my responsibility i guess.

I take it the ss's use the same regulator and filter as a base model? because autozone and napa never carry ss specific parts

I always purchase from Tom at CED when it comes to parts like this.

Give Tom a call.

the regulator is on the outside of the tank? this is quite confusing to me as to be expected

or are there two regulators? i know i've seen something that i think is a regulator on the outside of the tank up on the rail
