well, given that it's spring/summer, as soon as i brought my car in, about 20 other cars did. and i guess some of those cars took priority (probably higher dollar builds/projects)
as far as i can tell they spend maybe an hour or two on my car a week and between that some research and getting diagnostic tools etc.
They do good work, and are highly skilled, i am sure of this. The issue is there is only 2 mechanics and the boss and they have way too much on their plates so its gotta be hard to schedule stuff and move everything out at the same time. I'm sure everyone else that has their car in there is haggling them to hurry up more than i am too.

Adam, I have spoken with Matt quite a bit. Your car is very special, the amount of tests they have ran with zero luck is mind blowing. They do have a ton on their plate, you are correct, but they do care about your car just as much as the others, price of build doesn't play priority.
They are putting in a ton of hours, and in the middle of planning a move to a new office.
Your car will get done, don't worry, but when people have tunes and easy **** setup you can't set their cars to the side, no bodyshop does that.

true guys, true, and i've considered all of the afformentioned which is why i'm not badmouthing them; I'm still happy overall with the service. I am confident still that this is the only shop that i should have brought my car to. Good point KDub on the straightforward installs vs. having to do some research before working.. And yes, they certainly have tried just about everything; the good news about that is i have a great understanding of my cars overall condition now, with the compression tests and such; and by tearing through some of the aftermarket wiring they have improved alot of the installed electronics, so there are still alot of benefits. I'm excited to see if they kept a log of everything they did.
Anyway the owner got back to me last night with some good sounding news, he has it narrowed down to BCM or wiring between BCM and firewall. I'm definately guessing its something at the BCM if not the BCM itself due to all the **** thats been hooked up and uninstalled there; theres a dead wire or two so i'm sure something could have blown out.
Matter of fact, i uninstalled my aftermarket stereo over the winter while it wasn't runnning and it took a while to start ever since that, just hard to know if that was the cause lol.
Anyway he told me just a few more days, maybe even tomorrow it should be running! So we are getting close, and i bet after that then they can move towards doing the fuel system install and dyno time.
fingers crossed, boys!
