You can install fuel system, just leave reference line off and set base at 58 psi.

you mean the return line? Its the return style setup, not boost referanced.

"return style" still hooks up to a vacuum source and adjusts fuel pressure 1:1 with boost/vacuum, but you can choose to not connect the line to and it will hold constant pressure. ie leave that port on the regulator open to atmosphere

so if you set the base pressure at 10 psi and make 5lbs of boost, the fuel pressure will raise to 15psi. It will also drop below the base pressure with vacuum. obviously low numbers, just a round example lol

It is technically a boost reference system

I'm with Alan on this... no wayyy in hell this should be taking so long.

Scares me a bit, cuz it seems they really have no idea whats wrong, and are just trying things and hoping for the best.

Guys i'm not trying to say anything bad about them. It was my observance that Dave was doing most of it recently but i don't know that for sure; Matt is too. Its a complex problem that could be 1 in a million for all i know. They are doing good work and they arent nickel and diming me to death like GM would.

If i were to pull it out of there idk where i would take it next lol. Seriously lost.

I agree with Alan and staged... It feels like they've had your car for weeks.

Not to be negative, but damn man... I could never have the patience you have. I understand they have other projects, but you're paying them so that's quite a poor excuse from a business standpoint. They need to give you a time deadline not just work on it when they feel like it.

ZZP wouldn't be a bad option IMO.
