Checked everything for leaks on your intake?
Aftermarket intake? A hole in your intake from the PCM? Brake Lines? Whre if feeds down into the fender well? What about the TB to SC Gasket? is that okay?
I'm just guessing
69 is something about your MAP
1101 is something about intake flow

Had the injen intake for years then these issues started happening and switched back to stock not sure about the gasket between the SC and TB it did come to mind we sprayed it with soap and water and there wasnt any visible leaks but that seems cheap and a shotty way to check i might try switching the gasket...ILL GIVE 100$ TO THE PERSON THAT FIGURES OUT WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR.....im not looking forward to another car payment

First off, look online for what the obd codes mean.
google them and you'll have a starting point.
They have to be tied together, so find their meanings, and we can go from there.

Couple things to check, First check your fuses in the fuse box. I had a lot of trouble with mine because of one 25 cent fuse that was blown. I also agree that it sounds like a shorted out wire. If your sensors are wrote out of the computer then start by tracing each sensor wire. I had one that melted a little and kept sending off codes. Next look at the wires from the sensors and make sure that the wires are not bare anywhere, if they are then it will automatically set off a code and even sometimes blow a fuse. I would also check your hoses to make sure that none of them have a cut or slit in them that might allow for moisture or loss of pressure.
Codes suck I would check the emissions fuse first, then look for bare wires or melted wires, Next I would check the gaps in the spark plugs and even just try to clean up all of the connections to the sensors. Computers Suck Good luck bro.

Thanks man ive poked around alot looking for wire noticeably problematic....if it was the plugs i dont think it would be accelerating like that and also i believe that would throw a misfire code.. if i even push the gas a little to much ....BAM limp mode keeps happening but keepem coming thanks for your input it is appreciated

Are you still having this issue? It sounds like the same issue I had. If you are still having this issue unpluge your maf sensor connected to your intake and start your car up. The first time it might do some crazy **** but just turn it off and start it up again and if it runs fine your going to have to buy a new maf sensor. Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts has it for around 75 bucks and don't go to chevy they will rape your on it lol. I hope this works for you or hope you got it working already.

I had the P0069 code on my car all the time, doesn't effect it at all really. Those other codes are whats throwing your car in limp mode. Most likely that TB sensor...
P0121 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1 Performance ECM, PCM
P1101 Intake Air Flow System Performance ECM, PCM
Are you tuned at all?

Well its all the performance section.... So my first guess would be something went wrong in the tune, cause they can all be correlated together. Hmmm.
Def try and unplug the maf sensor and see what happens with that... its worth a shot.
