I have a hahn 3 inch with clear image header and dp with cat and my car is just to loud for my taste. Under hard acceleration it gets raspy and annoying. I need a bigger resonator but im not sure where to start. Has anyone else with this setup or similar come across the same issues?

How long have you had it? I read that those are prone to blowing out some packing material over time and getting louder.

everything gets louder over time. and mine hasn't come in yet, just ordered it a few days ago cause the magnaflow 2.5" was too loud

i loves mine, granted it aint a LSJ but it sounds much better than most other exhausts i've heard on cobalts.

you got the crappy sport. sport sounds just as bad as half the other fart cans and costs 5 times as much

I tried Corsa LOVE the quality HATE the noise. And it is true magnaflow blows out. The following didnt work for me

Dynomax turbo (almost liveable but still looking)

the following did work (for noise)
Stock LSJ (KILLED the power dead)

The following cats didnt work
Stock (plugged)
Magnaflow hi flo cat comes with CTI system (lasted 5 laps)

HI flow metallic "bullet" cat worked.

This is my exhaust vids. Pacesetter header, 2.5" catless downpipe, stock resonator, 2.5" piping to the back, Dynomax super turbo muffler. My exhaust is just about as free flowing as you can get. And it's extremely quiet at the same time.

Below is a picture of what my muffler looks like. It flows 700cfm. Can't ask for a quieter higher performing exhaust.

i have an ss/sc and only had it one for about 2 months, i noticed that it was quiter the first few weeks, but i was under the impression that it wasnt broken in yet. Would the zzp whisper resonator work with the hahn catback?

i also don't has a blower. lol. n/a will sound different.

but i like it. more than the GMPP and magnaflow.

dont even get me started on the megan racing catback.

but did you have the touring corsa or the sport, there's a HUGE difference. i only know of a couple people who have the touring, the rest got the noisy ass sport version

the touring is fairly quiet even with no cat and a header
