Thanks for that, but I was looking for a more specific answer than that, like which intercooler, what size, etc. I was also leading up to another question concerning using an aftermarket heat exchanger.

considering he has an lnf IM, having an additional heat exchanger wouldn't serve much of a purpose.

I get that. I think you and I are on two different pages.

Is his not an LSJ with an LNF turbo manifold and saab intake mani? If its not, then nevermind, but if it is then I'm wondering if I were to do the same thing minus the Saab intake if it wouldn't be easier, cheaper, and just as effective to just run it through a gutted M62 and use the stock LSJ cooling system like ZZP's kit does.

Is there any place to buy the Saab manifold already modified to fit properly?

I've got 30,000 miles on my Turbo set-up, most of which came in 2010. 93,000 miles on the stock block. Drive and beat the hell out of this car just about every day. Click my Sig for Videos.

ZZP might be able to do it for you. They've done it for a few customers, iirc. But they don't have a listing for it on their site, afaik.

Or make your own with CXRacing piping off of eBay. Have someone local weld it together for you. That's why I did the first time. Not as pretty... but just as effective.
