Build suggestions

I'm finally diving into my daily which is just an 06 ss cobalt. The following is what I'm planning on doing to the car. Any suggestions or answer to question ill be posting are appreciated.
ENGINE:
Hahn street 3inch catback.
eBay long tube header/ catless dp.
Zzp stge 3 kit:
2.8 pulley
60#injectors
Standard zzp heat exchanger
Zzp dual pass end tank.
Looking for suggestion on belt tension option. Really don't want to spend 100 bucks on a tensioner if a shorter belt will be fine but want no issues. Looking for insight here.
Zzp surge tank kit and bracket.
Qttp 3 inch cold air intake with KN filter natural finish.

Tranny/clutch
Wanted to go with gm upgraded unit to keep cost down with new gm flywheel. Says rated for 300 hp. Anyone with experience please chime in.
Would this clutch be ok with my plans?

Other question is with the added modifications are poly/ zzp billet engine mount / front and rear tranny mounts a must to get rid of wheel hop and engine roll?

Anyone use zzps billet sway bar links? Mine are waisted lol
Other than that I just plan to put lowering springs in the car with the black faced headlights.

So That's the plan tell me what u think. Like I said looking to just make the cobalt fun to drive and maybe suprise some people. Deff want that blower noise lol.
Any parts I want that are on my list that u guys are looking to get rid of let me know thx.

gmpp clutch will be fine. I'm a big fan of zzp but most guys will say get ottp's rotated tranny mounts. Oversized tensioner pulley will be fine with a 2.8

Well the modification guide sticky was helpful. The search sucks. I know what I'm doing with the car but can't find what you do about fuel delivery. When does the stock pump get to risky to run? If the car maxes out in the high 2xx hp range is it an issue?

Good to hear. Now I know the oil is lifetime supercharger oil. But I see people have changed it. My car has 80k on it. Worth changing and if so how to u drain it for those who do?

Search how to change supercharger oil.

There are a few threads on how to do it. Very easy.

It takes 3.4 oz (100 ml) of blower oil fyi.

Powell did the research to make the first rotated mounts, after that all the shops that sell them but ZZP (who's mounts aren't actually rotated but stiffer mounts in the stock location, they can call them whatever they want) pretty much just copied John's design. Not to mention his mounts are still the superior product that don't have issues with the bushings.

Don't waste your money on a CAI. Stock intake is already 3 inches just remove the bottom of the stock airbox housing and your golden.

Powell for suspension, ottp if you want to stay blower, zzp for turbo, take your pick for a tune and have fun.

First they aren't copies. They were clearly developed together and now the products don't even look the same. Second, he has had issues with some bushings. These are facts not opinion's

Josh I deff will order everything from you if we can work a deal like that. Trying to do things right but on the cheapest possible. I now have my camaro apart and this car so scrambling to get them back running summers don't last long here lol.

My stock air box was already modified and had done rust ball spectra filter in it. Through an oe back in it. The stock air box doesn't let the blower whine really. I like how the Ottp stainless cai looks. I'm a big fan of natural welded stainless and it's not that much money with it on sale.

You havent seen how my box is modified.

My blower whines just as loud as those shiney metal pipes people pay $200 for, fyi.

Save that money and put it towards the exhaust system.
