Modular pulley hub trouble

Just got the old pulley removed and put the new Smoothflow hub on with no issues at all, can't get the smoothflow 2.8" pulley onto the hub now, the pressure from the shaft must have expanded the hub just slightly (the tolerance was pretty tight even before it was mounted), directions said to put just the hub on first and then put the pulley onto the hub once it's mounted. Should I just use a rubber mallet or heat up the pulley to fit it on the hub???

Mine went on without a hitch.
How can you not get it on? it goes over the hub and screws in with 5 screws?

Tolerance was so tight, once the hub was on it would NOT go on (even had slight trouble getting it off and on when the hub+pulley was not pressed on), I ended up boiling the pulley and then got the screws barely threaded in and lightly took a rubber mallet to it, then just tightened with the star pattern and it finally went on, I dont understand why the tolerance was so tight if the screws are what's holding it in place, maybe I just got unlucky. But it looks great now that it's on, fine looking pulley!!!

did u put the hub on backwardsI I know when I put the gm hub on it was backwards and it took a little bit to figure it out. Even started to grind the inside of the pulley. It would ony fit on one side of the hub.
