Remove stock gasket, then..

Head --> Gasket --> Spacer --> Gasket --> Intake Manifold

I have something similar. It's made by Hondata (YO), didn't see any claims on the ZZP page but they claim it's a 3-5% gain in power. Deff don't think it would add up to that, though it was a super cheap mod.

the paper material gaskets are fine we use those for thermostat housings all the time and seal good. As far as this being a cheap mod it was, but the results were one of the best cooling mods ive done so far

Is that something we could cut to make bigger without damaging the gasket you think?

I just drove from MD to NY and back last weekend and on the highway I didn't see more than 14 degrees difference between IAT and IAT2 so I have to agree, for $99 it was waaayyyy worth it.

it was a sexual joke man the gasket is port matched, no need to be bigger unless you wanted to fit something else in there.......

Hahaha I didn’t even notice the previous post lol... I was just wandering because of the porting done to my cylinder head and everything.. SMG was mentioning something about needing a larger port opening gasket and having to possibly cut it

Did you have to get a longer belt? Smaller pulley to compensate for the larger distance the belt must travel to reach the supercharger pulley? Or is it ok to let the tensioner compress a little more and be okay?

You don't need a different belt

Question Help Please

How did you deal with the interfearce between the IC Pump bracket and the
Oil check tube after installing the spacers? I got the lower spacer in and
started 2 threads and the upper driver side one, but I cant get the passanger
side one to line up because the oil check tube is in the way!

How did you remedy this? please.
The only solution I can think of is to file down the bracket so that the oil check tube fits, but I wanted other options first,
Thanks,
