need this as soon i can scrape some monies together, my iat's are worse than i thought even after the new pump(and yes i know its working) iat2 only goes up 36* on a 3rd gear pull, but the difference between iat1-iat2 is huge 113 at the start and 153 at the end since iat1 stays fairly constant

20-22 psi tvs
from19 to 16*F ait1
and from 133 to 169*F iat2

it's option b, should have had plenty of time to bleed itself by now...might have to play with the fitting/lines when i get a chance either way i still want the spacer

Here's a question for you, how did you get your air fuel ratio to fit in your pod?

Is it ZZP?

so in order to do this i wont need to do any other modifications such as getting a new belt right? the tnesioner will take care of the slack? in laymans terms, i take off the supercharger and put that badboy right inbetween the blower and the mani?

the phenolic spacer goes between the lower intake manifold and the head. take off blower, take off manifold, put spacer in, reinstall lower mani with the longer bolts provided.

its a half inch thick, but dont be afraid to take a chop saw to the upper radiator support, removing a small section to allow the blower pulley to clear is not going to compromise the integraity of the car.

its always possible, its just a matter of what has to be done to make it happen, even if the bumper cover has to come off and the radiator tilted back, its just a matter of moving the things in your way out of your way. its not like you will have to do this again, once the spacer is in place its all gravy. its a good time to switch to dual pass if you havent already since youll have the lim out anyway.

I run one on my Turbo Cobalt. REALLY helps out, even though I'm on a sheetmetal intake. IAT2's a max of 1 or 2* above ambient while cruising, if not equal. When sitting at a light, they'd usually only get about 10* above ambient, and once I open the TB and get air moving through there again, they'd drop like a rock.

Huge improvement over when it wasn't there.

Its not a half inch thick. I think mine is maybe 1/4" thick, unless they've changed things up since I got mine in 2010.
