yea i think your confused....mustang is a type of dyno not software. u normally use a dyno while tuning to see your HP numbers and air to fuel ratios to adjust your tune to make it more powerful, safer, etc...

well the dyno is also a lot safer to tune on because your not on the open road. If your out driving on the road, you could be hit by some idiot driver. It allows you to play with the throttle and pay attention to all your gauges(boost, AFR, rpm) and not have to worry about other cars on the road with you.

getting a car set up pefect on a dyno will not run the same on the street. sad reality of dyno's

That's mainly true for dynojet tunes where the car is not loaded the same way as on the street. With a mustang dyno, you can simulate real world loading.

i was more or less getting at air flow. you will get more air at 65 mph going down the high then runnin a car on the dyno.
