Need some experts

I just got done doing my rebuild and on the fire up I got two codes I tried clearing them they came right back

p0017: The timing was set to what I believe was correct right out of GM's book I checked to make sure that it was connected looked to see if any wires were pinched none I could see buddy told me to do an ohms test to see what it is reading need to search for out put read is. any ideas

p0507: I'm not to sure on this one what to really look for I heard of people just cleaning there throttle body and this fixes it looking for some more input

cam sensor timing is off. this is the p0017. set number 4 at tdc on the compression stroke. remove the cam sensor. line up the mark on the hex and the body of the sensor. stick it back in. if it moves. it will be off again.

I like when my cam position sensor was off, I took eight cranks to start my car and it would shoot a fireball
