Help plz!

So i need help. I had the stock pcm plugged in and i fixed the idle issue and other thing so the car ran fine it just ran rich, thats was the only code i had. So i plugged the tuned pcm in and ran so much better but now i have p0101, p0033, p0335 codes... only popped up with the tuned pcm.... im so confused. Everything is plugged in and no broken wires that i found!! Help!!

I would try plugging in your old pcm again to verify the cause is the tuned pcm.
