to get the most out of it yes retune.. i would probably go with a HE or even meth.. but either way youll need something supporting you.

ask OTT though im sure they will help you

It will be ok until it breaks the weakest point. You could get 10 passes or 100 bottles through it. As far as injectors go, as long as you are spraying a wet kit, bigger injectors are not necessary. The kit itself add's enough fuel for the kit as long as you pay attention to the jets you are putting in. The only support mod for a nitrous kit on these cars is a window switch for activation of the kit because cobalts are a "drive by wire" set up. Meaning there is not a throttle cable.

There is nothing wrong with using methanol injection and nitrous. I run both and I recommend it. The Methanol Injection will help increase the octane which is much more safe when using nitrous.

Absolutely you can and should run a water meth system with nitrous. Why wouldn't you want the extra octane to ensure the motor doesn't run into spark knock. Nitrous is great for adding power. No doubt about that. But with is comes an rapid cylinder pressure increases as it dramatically accelerate the combustion process. This is why you start pulling timing more and more with increased shots of nitrous.

Think of a water methanol injection system as a massive octane enhancer. Which is simply slowing down and stabilizing the burn rate of the fuel.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
