ttt no response from that guy. i know custom stuff is expensive, i just need to find someone that has the capabilities of making one, or knows where i can get one dimensionally similar to the oem design in a smaller diameter

if the shaft cut out is larger or smaller, that shouldn't be an issue we can machine that part to fit

Fail Post

If you are trying to fool a dealer all they have to do is check with a ruler. Also, dealers are told to pull the tunes on the cars. So if you have anything other than what came from GM you're fucked.

i'm not looking to fool the dealer. my car is on engine #3, and now it's from a completely different year than the chasis, with over 100k on the odo. my warranty was void before most of you even had a cobalt

i'm bored again with the car and am going to build a car that looks completely stock with 350ish hp depending on what the tune looks like on spray.

the only two things i really need to do is find the 2.8" single piece press on pulley, and make a bracket that will hold the oem manifold heat shield on the header, other than that it's all just about internal work, hiding stuff and getting things coated.

my car isn't an ebay i/h/e super muffler turbo with electric intake fan 72 gauges, 18 stickers and neons on the car here buddy

it will do 350 with a 50-60 shot

if i didn't know what i was doing, i wouldn't be trying to spend $200~ just to get a single pulley made

i have always said, these engines have massive capabilities, but it's usually limited by thinking the only thing they can do is what people think they can because of what product companies marketing departments tell them.

yep. notice he also wants to mount the stock heatshield in an aftermarket header. it would be a definite sleeper. and nitrous is so easy to hide on these cars

Makes sense now.

I retract my statement.... Sneaky bastard you are.

Although here, I open my hood up at car shows and people glance in and pay no mind to the TVS. Or, if they see the blower, they'll look at me and go, "is it stock?" Facepalm.

Talk to Sean or Josh from OTT, I bet they could get you something.

Yes it is. Tap into the intake on the underside prior to the TB or one better, just after the MAF sensor in the fender well.

only problem with a billet press on pulley is possible distortion of the pulley when being pressed on.

i sent the oem pulley off to a company to see if they can do anything, they wanted to check it out in person to see if it could be made at a decently reasonable cost.

going with a supercharger spacer so i can run meth for the most part and spray occasionally. already have the wind sheild washer tank plumbed for meth injection I'm going to have to buy some adapters and hard lines to make them look like they're supposed to be in the part where they are showing.

if you need another stock pulley, which I am sure you don't, I could send one your way.
