I want a turbo'd LSJ cable of 400 whp (in time with fueling mods). Oh wait here it is. Got my parts in the mail today and worked on it from 9pm to 1am after work.

The intake filter is a dry AEM type, its beat but the inside is pristine. Going to replace this as soon as possible and detail the entire engine. It needs it bad.

The intake required me to remove my ingalls dampener, going to need rotated mounts. The boost controller is a turboxs with adjustable bleed valve, came with the kit. Its set for 20 psi. Will take it back to 15 before I get on it to check my wideband and hp tune.

Top of my turbo with the ceramic powdercoat, looks much cleaner than the rusted piece that came in the mail.

Finally everything was in tonight including the down pipe but I could not get pics, my phone died. I also need a bolt for my vband tube that houses the sensors. I will run out and get that in the morning.

Should fire the car up for the first time tomorrow morning. I will take a vid just for fun. I still have to put oil and coolant in it. Dont let me forget. HAHA

What are you doing about crank case pressure? I see your PCV is vented to atmosphere.

you will need to address that. and more than just slapping on a pcv breather filter. PCV system for lsj's suck. Check out blazin's or exsoccer's systems to get ideas for what needs to happen.

Just fired the car up for the first time. Couple things, I forgot to plug in my first 02 sensor so I know there is a code for that. I also have no readout for my coolant temp on my Dash or on my aeroforce. Where is the coolant temp taken from? There is some smoke coming from behind the engine at idle but not sure if that is the crap load of antiseize i used on exhaust componets and or the sticky copper gasket spray I used on everything as well.

I am a novice and a little gitty forgive the retarded sounds I make. Just very excited. Btw my wife is not in labor quite yet. We had a false alarm but I think she will be tomorrow.

Here is the funny vid of me starting my car for the first time.

I only had a second to play with it. Its not coming from the turbo itself, gonna have to inspect it in day light. I think the giant cloud of crap I got from punching it was my blow off valve releasing against the dirt in the driveway and blew dust all over the place. Scared the crap out of me the BOV is really freaking loud. Its a Turboxs H-RFL (really f'in loud acronym)

Talked to Blazin, great guy got some good info from him. ZZP only uses a filter on their VC and so does Hahn. Not convinced that vacuum vs vent to atmosphere is a concern at 400hp and under (or under 24 psi).

I read your thread about your engine smoking and you ran your engine half empty oil. Did it end up being the PCV?

i vent mine to the atmosphere with the zzp breather for the oil cap, and i even tested the theory that it causes u to run lean. The only time it would is under idle when under vacuum and even that didnt cause the afr to change. The time u need it is when the crank case in under positive pressure. (boost)
