you should really think about bigger injectors and getting off that stock fuel pump if you are gonna run that turbo.

if you plan on staying with the stock system and 60's you might as well not go that big for the turbo

if you plan on only making 330whp now and end up finally about 400-450 i would go with a 252. 80s and a different pump.

Thanks, what I was looking for.

I just need my car back from the shop, been there too long and don't have time to wait for a fuel pump and injectors to ship right now.

Roger that, I'll be changing it up. I've had a few different turbos but ended up using the 256et. We will see.

256et will work just fine. 252 will spool up slightly faster but if you'd have to go buy it then its not worth it. if you can get your hands on a 259 then get it with the billet wheel. you'll see same spool as a 256 or 252 but be able to make more power. people say my comparison sucks but w/e heres the difference a billet wheel makes

Ryan's car:
non billet s262
ported head
race gas
~490whp on 20psi

My car:
billet wheel s262
unported head
91octane
443whp on 20psi

Josh, where does that gt30 fit in with the borg warner s-series? Like around a 252 et?

57mm inducer, 76mm exducer. it'd be closer to a 256 but 1mm larger inducer, and 256 has an 80mm exducer. then you have your different turbine housings that come in to play

a gtx3076 still may be better though, because bullseye doesn't make billet wheels untill 59mm. gtx is billet 58mm inducer wheel, oil and water cooled, dual ball bearing. can even get a .63 a/r T3 turbine housing with a vband exit. full spool around 3.5-4k rpms

Im turbo lol my build:

S366xl (too big lol)
80s
Custom IC piping
RD Fabs intake mani
Custom exhaust mani (I got my hands on it from USMCFieldMP)
Modified 3" DP and Hahn 3" catback
AEM Tru boost, Wideband, and EGT
Mishimoto Intercooler
DSM 1G BOV
TurboSmart Wastegate
AEM FPR

No dyno yet, turbo is extremely laggy, hence me saying its way too big. Considering trading for something smaller, definitely want to stay in the BW/Bullseye family though.

PD

send an email to wild bill and tell him you want the .70 a/r T3 housing with the 74x65 wheel. it'll still support upper 600s mid 700s no problem and spool faster than ryans 366

Yea a 3076 had a .60 a/r exhaust and spooled by 3500rpm. That turbo made good power for such a tiny turbo with a crappy cast wheel. Broke 400whp with it.
