"You know you can put all the videos on one thread instead of making a new one for each right? Lol"

is dumb. but you making it a point to reply to her saying

is not dumb..

turbo choices are a plenty just be sure to get the one right for a 2.0 and the correct a/r so you dont have sloppy spool.

Yeah man, Mark and I have talked about the best ones and he's explained the reasons why to not get one or the reason to get one!

I am running a 20g, its making all kinds of power on many different platforms but I feel its a bit underpowered. I cant wait to get it on the dyno to see where I am. But I want something that will do 500 whp to get use out of my built motor. I have thought about the gtx30r, BW S366, 60-1 open to suggestions.

I say the gt30xr is a good choice. You get the gt35 compressor wheel on a gt30 turbine. It should make what you want it to. I'm not a guru on turbos, just my .02

What turbos do you guys think are good. Besides the 252et and 256et. And a Precisiom 5431E MVS. What others are good? What are your 20g specs? And how much hp you making aviator?

i too am curious what you make c130. if i'm remembering right hungryhip had to do quite a bit to see 400whp. but you're doing an engine build so it should definitely be doable

The 20g is unlike other turbos its a weird hybrid like old school t3/t4 in the way that they bolted up two diffent turbos to make a new model. Mine is a Mitsubishi TD06 Compressor housing with a TD05 Turbine. The AR is not given on these turbos but I think they are equivalent to .60 or something like that. They spool quick but are limited to just over 400 whp on our cars but require agressive mods and tunes to get them over 400. I am hoping to be there with my big injectors and e85. I will post up when I get the car on my local dyno.

no prob sylver, wasnt sure if it was a model I didnt know about. I really want the GTX30R because one its antisurge, came out 2 years ago, and is untested on our cars. Someday....

probably more like a .48, and .60 on a compressor that size would have no problem hitting 400

thanks for clearing that up. I have been reading but apparently there are people running smaller TD05 compressor housings and still calling them 20g on DSM's so Mine is bigger (TD06). HAHA

Actually the Garrett turbos have the option to add an anti surge housing. It's a 4 inch inlet and 2 outlet. I have that option on my gt3076r

The gtx was an extra 300-400 depending on where you bought it. I shilled out just under 1600 for mine. If I feel the need for more power after a year I'll upgrade to the gtx. Gotta start somewhere! Lol

that's not bad at all once you factor in the turbine housing. did you buy it in canada then? or not factoring in getting it to canada for that 1600 haha
