i would run a .55 if i was just looking for 500. hell a 259 on a 55 is good for 600. but i don't think garrett has a .55 so i guess a .63 is the smallest they've got.
once i get working again though i really want to pick up another lsj as a daily driver but just keep it stock internal. 5431e at 380-390 or low 400. gmpp clutch, 15" wheels with slicks and go run some 11s

I researched and researched and researched, the metals sae 5115(lsj) vs 4340(aftermarket) to see if they are similar in strength. ZZP broke LNF rods (weaker than lsj due to 1019 metal) at 625 hp. They also ran the same rods before they broke 200 times at 400hp, 100 times at 500hp, a dozen or so times at 625 before SNAP.
I will prove this soon along with you. I have a fully built motor with LSJ rods being the only thing not replaced. I am now chromoly sleeved, forged billet pistons, trend wrist pins, thick total seal rings, etc etc.
Here is the feel good article for making power with our motors. (LSJ>LNF)

a 20g is outdated by about 20 years. to hit an easy 400whp you would be better off doing a newer more efficient snail.
can it hit 400whp? sure. hell a ported big 16g can do over 400whp. just easier and more reliable on a more efficent source.

i actually haven't really spent any money in quite a while. kevin you bought my hubs, i bought some other stuff. selling my axles, buying some other stuff. check from zzp, buying some other stuff. traded mongorat some stock injectors, got some other stuff. lol. and i've been working on and off as a "detailer" at a dealership here in town. i quote it because we hardly ever do anything with paint.
for now just doing the front end swap. getting the car back on the ground. and by then i should be in canada and saving for the bigger stuff.

I'm currently on the s20g, e85, and 23psi with a stock bottom end. Not nearly pushing this turbo, but when I get closer to my build, I'll probably push it to 26psi for a little while. But I really want to push it to 30psi.
