do not plug the valve cover. for sub 400whp the oil cap breather with the valve cover ran to the intake will be fine. for anything more it needs to be opened up

and yes. I'm running ZZP's 3.5" MAF tubing with my MAF.
Ah okay I could do that, that's a good idea. Thanks man. And I'm talking about this dude right here, Easy Performance - MAF Extension Harness #EP-MAF-EX-HNS-CBT
I'm not sure if I'll need it or if the MAF sensor wire will be long enough to reach the tube with the MAF port in it.

What piping are you going to be running?

I'm going to be running 3" aluminum piping from the turbo outlet to the throttle body, no intercooler since I'm running the turbo adapter plate.

I came back with less power I'm doing a compression and leak down test tomorrow to see how bad it is. Threw everything at the car today and still couldn't pull the old numbers of 413 and 382 so I assume I got low compression in one cylinder. Probably going to do a delete kit and rods, pistons, and rings and install my valve springs depending on the tests results

rebuild time. Dont be upset though man, it just comes with these motors. The rings/ringlands and pistons just suck. Hope your cylinder walls are good, if not mrbelvedere sleeved my block for a great price out the door and they are thicker and have better tolerances than diamond pistons to stock sleeves (too much slop). I did a full rebuild (my first full engine build) over the winter and after my first 900 miles checked the compression on a cold motor and got 180 psi, with a cap of oil I got 210 all the way around.

I used delete sleeves from levelzeromotorsports and had mongorat cut off a set of balance shafts and send them to me. The bolt that holds the delete cogs are a pain since you dont have anything to grab onto to tighten the bolts on the end of the gear now that the shaft is cut off but if you install them in the motor first then tigten the bolt with loctite its a lot easer. Whole thing cost me 80 bucks for the sleeves fromlevel zeromotorsports and the deletes were free.

Just ordered a MHI 20g rebuild kit. Its the only thing I havent tried and the car is just stupid strong to about 10 psi then breaks up. Oil is starting to spit from the bov so if oil is passing seals then it wont allow the film of oil to spool the turbo since its Journal bearing. Cant wait to crack it open.

I am a step colder (BKR7E 4644) and running at .028 E85 on 80lb stock fuel system, just injectors and I ran out of fuel at about 420 hp at 7000 rpm@ 22 psi. I plan on getting a BRFPS nothing more and running the 20g at 25psi next.

No coil pack issues car is running like a raped ape.

I see the Mini AFC uses dip switches, why do this instead of going into the table and ajusting in HPT? Just wondering in case I need to scale down the road. Always trying to learn something here.
