Question about brfps. I am going to plumb a return style in using my evap as a return. I am going to run the regulator in my engine bay and have bought the Ottp fuel rail fitting and will run that to the feed on the regulator.
My question is I am mainly running this to improve the idle issues with the big injectors and give me some room to grow if I go to e85. Will leaving the stock regulator in the pump and having this on the rail drop the pressure under vacuum? I don't care much for increasing boost pressure over 17psi at the moment but zzp's instructions confuse the **** out of me. Their option 1 install seems like it would drop boost pressure..
Also what is the deal with having to change the fuel filter?

Apparently my pressure plate doesn't work with the dual mass flywheel in the f40 conversion so zzp replaced the pressure plate with an oem pressure plate. I have a feeling its not gonna hold the power I make or plan on making. Im putting down 461whp and 385wtq at 21psi. I wasnt even asked if I wanted a diff pressure plate installed to handle the power. And ill be damned if I have to pay more to have it swapped out later due to a slipping clutch.
They have also had my car for 7 &1/2 business days and i was told id have my car back in two business days.
What do you guys think?
Opinions plz!

the constant issues with any cobalt company seems to be the norm. Cars are very complicated and you cant always foresee all the things. its only 10 days I wouldnt sweat that at all. If its months then you have problems, unless you are fitting the bill for a hotel, then that sucks. Good luck man. I am sure your clutch is fine. My GMPP upgrade is handling my power just fine and I was pulling on the dyno at 27 psi and no slipping. You power will probably come on much greater at a given PSI but I think you will be happy as long as its the LNF version of the PP. The stock style LSJ PP sucks.

7.5 days lol. That's not that much man. It's a custom transmission built and r&d'd by the people installing it. You take your car to a shop down the road in your home town there and tell them "I want an F40 transmission. I'm going to need it back in a week.". They'll tell you it's not going to happen for at least a month.
I'm not trying to be a dick, sure being told one amount of days and it ending up being different is frustrating. But for that kind of work I'd rather them take their time and do it right. **** they've had my car in a time frame starting back in may '11 till now a total of like 10 months for things. And I can't find one area to be displeased in.
