Official Turbo LSJ thread!!!

the constant issues with any cobalt company seems to be the norm. Cars are very complicated and you cant always foresee all the things. its only 10 days I wouldnt sweat that at all. If its months then you have problems, unless you are fitting the bill for a hotel, then that sucks. Good luck man. I am sure your clutch is fine. My GMPP upgrade is handling my power just fine and I was pulling on the dyno at 27 psi and no slipping. You power will probably come on much greater at a given PSI but I think you will be happy as long as its the LNF version of the PP. The stock style LSJ PP sucks.

A lot of ppl throw a fit about tuning in lambda because its "better" or "more accurate"
Bull
As long as your car is getting the correct fuel, it's 6 of one half dozen of the other. Most people are most familiar with the gas afr scale so that's the terminology I find easiest to use.
IMO, tune what your PCM uses. Which for hpt on an lsj is eq ratio. For an lnf it's lambda.
As long as you understand how to get the correct fueling for your motor, and people understand what you're saying, use whatever terminology you like

Ok guys and gals, I cleaned my MAF Sensor and then went and did a third gear pull got to around 5 to 5500rpms and it did it again this time it shot a check engine light. Scanned them and found a p0033 and a p0101. Does this help find my problem??? Thanks

Alright guys just wanted to ask what was THE BEST, if such a thing, MBC is? Im sitting around 14psi right now and im gonna get a base line dyno, then I wanna ramp up the boost some. Thinking 18psi or 20psi what y'all think? I wanna sit right around 400hp but on a pretty conservative tune. Right now the car is running 15 or 16 degrees timing with no knock.

Understood...Hmm well I will let y'all know when I get this thing dyno'd just how good she does. And hopefully find myself up there on the list of LSJs ... Still got a long ways to go lol

Ok fuel gurus,
I made a custom fuel return system today with a fuelab pressure regulator (based off the ottp kit). I used the ottp rail adaptor and ran it to the pressure side of the regulator and ran the return to the evap purge line. I have disabled the ball and spring regulator in the tank. Everything else is stock. The car starts but cuts off after a second and no fuel pressure is registering from the gauge on the fpr.
What I think it is:
1. Not enough fuel in the tank (has about a gallon in it)
2. The return line on the fuel filter, does this need to be the return line and do I need to get a one in one out filter?
3. Fuel pump isn't running long enough to prime the system
Thanks in advance for any input

zzp made 331 at 16.9 psi with a stock catback. with a 3" exhaust and about 18-20psi I think you will see those numbers easily with a conservative tune.

p2261 code will need deleted and p0443. There may be others associated with it just check everything and if its an EVAP code remove it. Dont delete codes unnecessarily and make sure everything is functioning before you remove a code.
