I saw that zzp quit tuning over 21 psi on your build, awesome numbers by the way. You can tune around the problem. I went as far as 27 psi with stock MAF stuff and 3" MAF housing.

^this is the right way to do it but for my 20g maxing out at 470whp I dont think I am going to do the larger MAF housing since the 20g seems to be reigned in just fine the way I am setup right now.

So I finally fixed my car. After replacing the cam sensor, crank sensor, and having the fuel pump recalled, it ended up being a bad maf sensor...

So just to note, when a maf goes bad, it may not throw a dtc

On a side note, can anyone confirm, with k1 rods the stamp faces the front of the motor correct?

Blow through, I found it was easier to get a more accurate tune, plus who wants to have to extend the maf all the way to the back if the motor lol. Just make sure you put the blow off valve before the maf sensor on the hot side

Found out my smoking issue on decel is my turbo seals, I hate to say it but even after my turbo rebuild with new bearings, seals, etc. I am getting small amounts of oil to pool just after the compressor exit, about a small oil cap full. At first I thought it may have been my rebuild was bad or had dirt in it. I also thought my inexpensive oil catch was not doing its job, but those both turned out to be good to go. Even with my VC baffles removed my oil catch is doing its job well. In spite of its inexpensive 30 dollar price tag.

I now believe it to be an oil restrictor issue. I think during hard pulls my oil gauge is hitting 80 psi. I am not using an oil restrictor cause it wasn't needed before. However I am pulling hard on the car lately and it may have always been a problem but now is showing up. Per a lot of the 20g guys and mexiloco i think i need an oil restrictor off my high pressure oil line.

Also as an update, I have been working with hahn for almost a month now on a new manifold. I will be the first to get a chance to run it and cant wait to post up pics of the install.

One thing I am considering as well is rigging up a cooling system that utilizes a small radiator and the stock LSJ intercooler pump. A buddy of mine runs a 20g in his cav and he was having issues with keeping it cool.

You could just plumb coolant lines from the crossover tube to the turbo and a return to the bottle. Way easier and inexpensive I would think.

I had a few issues with that when I first started running my turbo and I contemplated running a restrictor, then the smoking issues stopped. Keep me informed on what you find!

Had to get a 3.5" vband flange for my down pipe so it would fit the precision 5862... Not sure why because I talked to zrated about his 6262 and he said he only needed 3"

There's quite a few discharge options for each compressor.

Gm put it there just to **** us off is the consensus I've come to.
