I had the hahn for a while...but I decided I wanted more of an OEM look to the bay, so I swapped over. Still haven't seen it in action yet, but hopefully soon.

Hey PD, you got any plans to return to H-town any time soon?

Thanks, we have been going back and forth with plans on how this build will pan out and which routes to take, should be a force to be reckoned with. Looking to be one of the only cobalts running around on regular 93 pump gas at 600whp

I dont believe in E lol,

I just dont like the inconvenience of E:
finding it
having to run excessive fuel system
cant travel with the car
inconsistencies between stations and mixes
horrible MPGs

If I need to run race gas, be it 105,116, e98 etc then Ill just go buy race gas, run it while im at the track and then pump 93 back in and drive home. I have HPT so changing between tunes is never a problem.

There's tons of apps and tomtom even has an update that will automatically plot stations along your route.

He's talking about the difference between running e full time and running 93 street / 110 track.

To each their own. No use in trying to force something on someone.

Me personally, if they quit selling E85 my car would be sold for something bigger in no time.

I dont get why everyone is hard set on having to run it all day every day, I have nothing against it but its just too easy to switch back and forth when you need or dont need it

Because its just like gas, you fill it up at the station and you drive away and when you run out you pull up to the gas station just like your getting 91 and you get E85. For me, its everywhere. It is no less convenient than 91. And from a mileage vs cost standpoint, for $2.14 a gallon I'll take 20 mpg instead of $360 or whatever for 25 mpg. Personal preference.

Its understandable if its plentiful for you, but here it isnt. We also dont have 91, we have 93. When all of our group travels together to events statewide, it is a horrible inconvenience, most of our pump gas cars can make the trips in 1-2 tanks, where the e85 guys are having to stop every 150-220 miles to fill back up. Being able to swap tunes and run 93 makes it easier on everyone. Trying to stop a line of cars that is 20 long isnt easy and then we flood out some gas stations parking lot.

Last station I was at here that had e85, it was $2.85 and 93 was $3.39. My LSJ-T averaged 31mpgs highway on 93, if I were to run e85, it wouldve been more expensive.

Yeah that is understandable. It's just everywhere here and cheap. And most of my races happen at random or I'll get a text at night saying "lets get some people to play on the interstate?" All I have to do is show up because the car is already ready.
