Are you familiar with map sensor locations? I've got the one from the sc connected to my zzp plate. The other one doesn't seem to be connected to anything

My stock intercooler system is removed besides the endplate. Checked knock sensor connector, looks good.
As for the fueling issues, tuner had no explanation for the issue and said fueling and timing was great.

This is why I want to see the tune, we really can't give anything except speculation without the tune and logs/config

Can you tell me anything about the other map sensor? I've got one that isn't connected to anything.

It's the SCIP sensor, was mounted before the rotors on the M62, it should be disabled in your tune.

green circle is Supercharger Inlet Pressure sensor, it should be turned off
blue circle is the location of the actual Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
red circle is the location of the Barometric Pressure sensor, it just sits on a bracket, doesnt hook into anything

If you dont provide people with the tools to help you then we wont ever solve the problem. It seems your tuner isnt wanting to fix your issue, harass him repeatedly to get the logs and tune posted so that Noor and I can comb thru them.

Cleaned the intake plates, the map, and throttle body. Check codes, no codes thrown as it idled for 10 min.
Went down the road, boosted towards 18 and the problem happened. Came back, threw 2 p0069. What should I do!

your scip isn't tuned out

edit: "If the PCM detects that the BARO sensor signal and the SCIP sensor signal are not within a calibrated range of each other, whether that value is negative or positive, DTC P0069 sets."

again just get us the tune and logs, then we will help. anything else will not change anything

Ohhh I'll talk with my tuner! Do you think it could be the high boost issue I'm having

Yes, the SCIP isn't supposed to see boost. If you have it in a part of your piping that is getting pressurized and it isn't disabled in the tune, it's setting the fault code. I don't know what the PCM's course of action is for that fault but if it's supposed to send the car into reduced power mode it could explain the stuttering you are getting under higher boost.

Oh wow :x any options until I get to meet up with my tuner? At least to kill the issue?I'm guessing disconnecting the sensor won't change anything

Sorry, I assumed it was known not to put it in a charge pipe. Bad assumption on my part I guess lol

edit: I'm pretty sure that the p0069 will not put a vehicle in limp mode, only p0068. Are you getting that too?

It is seeing boost.
http://shop.zzperformance.com/store/...ter-Plate.aspx
Its in the right side port. Throws code as soon as I boost

Its only throwing 0069 the correlation code.

It does not look like your SCIP sensor is in a boost area it is just hanging out in space:

red is your map sensor, blue can be disconnected and thrown away, tuner needs to turn it off

but it isnt correlating with the rest of the sensors, MAP is seeing pressure, MAF is seeing flow but SCIP is showing same as BARO sensor, pcm sees that as an issue

Isn't that right over where the bypass "stem" of the intake manifold is, therefore if it is in the "stem" it is reading boost? Either way I'm not convinced that the sensor seeing pressure would cause limp mode, especially being that only once it gets over a certain pressure it happens.

Here is the issue. See how zzp shows the blue? That Bosch sensor in that picture is the map. The left port is where it originally sits.

I tried to put the map in that right port today and the holes drilled do not match. So the map needs to stay at the manifold.

Surprisingly the scip fits perfectly into the right port on the plates.
So I don't know why zzp shows the map in that spot

I would let the scip sit in open air but I'd have to find a way to plug it. Or get in touch with my tuner..

Edit: never mind! That blue sensor is not the Bosch map! My mistake

SCIP isnt the problem just looked at your tune. those are turned off (P1182/p1183/p1184)

You are seeing a MAP/BARO correlation issue, seriously looks like the MAF is failing, it looks at the MAP and the MAP and BARO arent correlating, one or the other is too far up or down

your tuner also has the MAP/MAF throttle correlation test turned off, he needs to turn that back on, It is possible that your map sensor is dead

Im looking at the file he posted Noor, just comparing it to mine, I know they said its been reworked but Im assuming that those things havent been changed

and you were right, I forgot about the bypass stem, that is where the SCIP is, but appears to just be blocking off that area from what I see that he did in the original tune
