For those of you with precision turbos, do you have v band exit flanges or 4 bolt? And if you have 4 bolt, who made your downpipe?

Oh really? Where'd you get the adapter? Id rather go that route than **** with trying to match up a 4 bolt flange

Yep, as Alan said it was custom built by ZZP for the gray car. It's funny, I have 2.5" of clearance from the ground to the hot side under the car The new tires will raise it a tad though, and I might have to bring the front up 1/4" or so too. It's low.

I made one as short as I could and it still wouldn't fit well with the zzp dp, so I just bought crown royal11 tig rod and glued the v-band to the housing. If anyone needs one done, let me know. Plenty of rod left.

It's quite the process to do correctly. But worked well.
Preheated the whole thing, tack weld, back in oven, weld a bit, back in oven, etc. She's holding up rock solid.

False. Resurface after welding, coat with antiseize so it can self align, and you're good.

Not yet. But will soon.

I would rather pawn this one off for something bigger first but we'll see.
