hahaha its all good... after thinking it over a little more ive come to the conclusion that i will just put a 1/2" npt bung into the pan and thread a fitting on there once i decide what i want to go with.

this way if i ever need to get a bigger fitting i can just swap them out and im not stuck with just a 10an welded on there.

Yeah I was about out of fuel on 30 then I turned the base pressure up even more. A little out of my comfort zone, but it gets the job done. The injectors are maxed out though, over 100% IDC lol. I got it to 32 lbs and then thought I should go a little higher in case I ever am in a little cooler air or I give the boost controller a little too much turn up lol, that way I know I'd be safe.
How is your injectors spraying over 100% IDC, or did you mean commanded duty cycle is exceeding 100%. It is impossible for an injector to run more than 100% duty cycle.

Shouldn't IDC's be kept to 80-85% max?

I have seen it more than once that people report they ran a duty higher than 100%... it is not possible. Your injector has completely maxed out and only ran 100%, you just ran it past its operating range and the calculation shows that. It is impossible to physically run an injector HIGHER than 100%.

Were just running them outside of operating range

It's just a calculation. Once you reach 100% the injector is open the whole time it takes to complete one cycle.

Yes, my injectors are static, flowing 100%, and on the verge of losing fueling control. The calculated IDC is 120%. I included that to show the severity of how maxed they are. I think I am going to get some 160 lb'ers. I didn't expect this car to continue to pick up so much airflow per lb of boost above 30, but I'm not complaining

I definitely understand your logic with that. I just feel like this would be an awesome learning experience for me and if I can throw this together cheaper than the kit I'll be pretty happy

I just finish installing a used block on my car and when i turned it on it started smoking and all 4 plugs have oil

Im guessing rings are bad

Ye did a compression test but dont think is accurate since theres oil in my cylinders

You mean you did a wet compression test? Thats still accurate.
