Out of curiosity, does anyone know if the ZZP Turbo Manifold and Downpipe line up properly with a Precision Turbo instead of Bullseye? I'm searching out what manifold/downpipe I'd like to use this time and ZZP's manifold and downpipe cost less together than Treadstone's $800 downpipe. But I know the Treadstone is set-up for a Precision.

Yes it works fine. Just get a v-band flange from zzp (they're all a little different) and have it welded onto the pte housing with high nickel rod since it's a cast housing. Pre heat housing to 650-700* with the v-band tack welded in place. Stitch weld keeping hear even. Then place back in heat treat oven to cool as slowly as possible.

I already have the v-band turbine housing, I'm guessing it'd probably be easier to just change the flange on the downpipe if they're too different, but I was just hoping to avoid that. Which, now that I think about it, I'm going to have to do either way, since I have one of their old turbine housings from when they were still using 2.5" v-band outlets. ****. Makes my choice easier, I suppose.

Guys , I just did a zzp turbo swap and I'm getting a ticking noise under load while accelerating in low rpm only. Everything else is fine. Anyone ever heard of this? It doesn't do it at idle or while coasting in gear.

Could be. It goes in this Monday for cams and springs. I just don't want it to be something catastrophic before I get it back to zzp , but at the same time it's my dd. I'm hoping it's not the timing chain or an internal engine problem that could burn me down before Monday.

Leaking between manifold and head. Nuts probably came loose

T stone, I think your right. That's what several people have said too who have heard the noise. It goes in on Monday for cams and springs so I'm gonna let zzp take fix it while it's there. Thanks for the reply.

Help
Guys , I have a 256et with cams tuned on E85 and full bolt ons and am only making 370 whp on ZZPs dyno. I'm stuck at 20psi and ZZP says any more boost would be unsafe. My question is how is everyone making 400whp plus with my same set up? I also have cat delete, ati balancer, titanium springs, zzp cat back, stage 2 clutch. What am I missing for a 400whp build? Thanks for any help-Tony

That thing is hardly working at 20psi. Turn it upppp. Bottom end is stock? They are probably telling you that it isn't safe because they want to cover their ass keeping your motor intact.

The car does have 100k miles and is completely stock. It's my dd but I'm an old man, I go pretty easy on it until I hunt down my prey. Does anyone know any trusted tuners located in the Ann Arbor Michigan area I could goto? Thanks again guys.
