what are most people doing for tunes during the cold weather? Do people switch for winter or summer? If so, at what point would it be a good idea to change your tune?

Hey guys. I recently installed the zzp turbo kit on my lsj.
Yesterday while doing some logging and on the last pull I heard a loud "pop!"
I was able to safely drive the car home.
Got home and popped the hood and a line on the intake manifold was disconnected.
I connected that back up and tried turning on the car...it would turn on...sputter and then shut down.

I left it alone for the night cause it was dark.
This morning, I checked everything to make sure there were no other leaks and i cant seem to find anything.

I recently replaced my fuel pump w the Aeromotive fuel pump on the zzp website.
After disconnecting the coupler from the manifold, it would only stay on if i spray carb cleaner into the TB.

My question is, could it be the fuel pump again?! Or what else?
Any help Ian greatly appreciated guys.
Thanks.
I'm also on e85. Idk if that helps any.

This happened to me, are you sure you checked all of the lines and they are connected? doubble check the Evap line on both ends. Make sure you ziptie them too.

I have already been swapping over to a new tune. The gas stations in DFW have already swapped to winter fuel and I was getting horrible kr. Luckily Chris and I got it worked out prior to getting on the dyno yesterday.

AND... after 5 v8s that laid down 380-395 including 2 GTOs, a CTS-V, and a Challenger SRT-8, the Cobalt climbed up onto the dyno. I was a little worried about the KR issue, but that cleared when the pulls started and within a few moments I had shocked the crowd lol.

The BlkWdo laid down 422whp/333wtq.

There is still a bit of room for growth especially if we can get spool a lil faster. I can see 450 without problem.

I am on a completely stock LSJ engine, no internal mods.

L8r,
PD

yea my evap line kept leaking on the zzp intake mani, i ended up putting a little red rtv around the nipple on the im i put it on and slid it on and ziptied it and its been fine now. im sure nothings wrong did u check all your other charge piping. get a boost leak tester and see if you have anything else leaking. i popped the chargepipe going to my tb off the one day and even when i put it back on the car hated life for a while lol.

ok guys a few issues that maybe some one can give me alittle input on.

Its getting alittle cold around here and i am about to switch to a 93 tune from e-85, but i have not yet.
I just installed a full 3 inch exhaust (downpipe and all with a cat, res, and muffler) and i lowered my boost down to 25psi because with the cold weather it wanted to almost jump up to 29psi. but i believe i am getting spark blow out or something. its that sound where the turbo sounds like it wants to stutter. could this be caused my the face i have a cat, res, and muffler and its just not getting anough air flow. or could it be time to re gap my plugs because of the cold weather?
