They are going to assume you want something cheap when you're talking about putting the LNF turbo on your car. That is the cheap route.

You want to start talking about a man set-up, you'll step up to the ball on a Billet Wheel HP5557 or HP5857 from Precision, a GTX3071R or GTX3076R from Garrett, or an S252ET or S256ET from BEP. Toss in a nice Tubular Manifold and Sheetmetal Intake, and now we're taking. Something capable of pushing some real air at high boost levels to make 400-500whp. Not the LNF turbo which you'll have to push to get over 300whp out of. There are a lot of options available. Ultimately, YOU have to decide what you want out of the car, how you want it to respond, and your intended usage. THEN, maybe we can give some better, more exact recommendations.

this is for the lsj, we don't have direct injection or variable valve timing. the k04 sucks.

You need the MAP off the manifold and no on the SCIP. Just tune it out.

you keep saying this but you have yet to realize, you are asking the people that know, and we are trying to tell you and you arent listening. Buy a kit, buy a kit, buy a kit! Stop thinking you are going to out smart anyone and do anything that we havent with the parts that you are looking at.

Now as far as you saying you know how to turbo a car, then why are you asking. Installing a turbo doesnt change regardless of your platform. There is always Oil feed and return and possibly water feed and return, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, piping, intercooler, turbo, downpipe, wastegate, BOV, nothing ever changes with the exception of how much the engine can handle and how tuning works for that platform.

You want to see a custom kit? come to Dallas and Ill show you mine and what it cost to get it there. Its not worth where your going to spend what I spent and do what I did. BUY A KIT!

Anyways,

Johnathon, you going to sell that turbosmart BOV?

l8r,
PD

one thing i can say about meth kits is don't cheap out on them. a meth pump stops working and it's game over for your motor. AIS makes a pretty badass setup with a great pump. the truck is going to officially be mine soon so the car is going to be getting valve springs, zzp stage 2 turbo cams, neutral balance shafts, 1600cc injectors and switching to e85

lucky, there are no e stations by me. I wish I had the down time so I can port the head but I can't, that's why I'm looking into Meth kits and good ones.

what is your AFR? relax it slightly and increase timing. see if that helps. are you still using the s20g? its probably getting out of its efficiency range and increasing heat. What size intercooler do you have? What size are your injectors, what is your IDC? all of these things will affect how far you can take it.

Damn Johnathon, I would love to have a turbo smart bov to match my wastegate.

im still using the s20g at 23psi but its efficient till 30psi. i have 79lb injectors and the i/c is the one that comes in the hahn kit, which is good for what i have. my afr is rich as hell. my wb broke so im getting one next week to retune.
