Official TVS Thread!!!

Damn that's a shame. Was ZZP the only company to try and tackle it? I think OTTP or some other company could have tried. Either way, it would be cool to say you have a twincharged Cobalt, even if it's a little slower than going single turbo.

Ok guys I have a question about the TVS. Has anyone done a phenolic spacer on theirs and if so how the hell do you have the sensor placed that sits under the coolant hose right below the right side of the fuel rail. I can hear air coming out of my own. Before I put the spacer the TVS held down the sensor all I did was angle it to fit. But now the TVS comes out further due to the spacer it no longer holds down the sensor and there is not enough clearance to straighten it out and bolt is back down. So I'm wondering what you guys with the phenolic spacer did to hold that sensor in place.

I was hoping that was going to be the case with my own as well. But..... **** hisses like a snake and there is a lot of play to move it around. I even thought maybe the blower wasn't bolted down all the way but trust me thats not the case. I thought I was going to break the tool used to reach the blower bolts.

The phenolic spacer should only change the relationship of the head(engine) and the intake manifold+blower 'assembly'.
Take the blower off and double check everything, and re-torque everything(in the proper pattern)
if possible, post pictures too
