Yes, that was exactly why I waited with paying for it untill he at least had answered back on my shipping mails...
(And I saw he put it again up for sale, confronted him with this and then I simply made a bid on it to prevent problems with any other to "buy-it-now". Not knowing he would sell it outside Ebay... )

Probably gonna confront him now with the Legal Binding issues of Ebay auctions...

(@Magz, no problem with you, as you couldn't know he already had sold it. Just don't install it yet. )

Lol. When I went to pick it up he said it sold and he never got the payment so he just relisted it. He had JUST made an eBay and Paypal account. Infact I helped him with his Paypal. He's actually a really nice guy... Just not very tech savvy. Not a scammer by any means. Just thought id defend him a bit haha. And sorry but it's going on

As far as i know ebay is not legal binding if no payment was made, if no payment was made on the item then he can sell it to anyone else im pretty sure.
