Why not go stage 2 cams? Would work better with your set up.

well, I dont know how much I want to push the bottom end...but I could always just tune more conservative , and I'm not 100% sure if I want to go with NBS or not

The stock bottom end on our cars is pretty solid actually. But if its a concern of yours then get the stage 1 and just keep the stock valve springs and balance shafts and spin it to 7200-7400. But if I were you I would go all out and spin it higher.

hmmmm....thinking about it, I'm going to spin the engine to 7500, so I will go stage 2. I just wont use all the available power band.

would I see a big loss in power if I only spin to 7500 because they dont start to make peak power from 7500 up??

I was spinning my stock motor to 7400. I'm going to be spinning the new motor to 8000.

You won't see any loss in power only spinning to 7500. But there will probably be more power to be had.

Realistically you are hardly ever up that high in the powerband unless you are consistently drag racing.
