hmm...thanks bastards, stock will be plenty of power for my goals, YET all this talk makes me want to pull head and port exhaust...which if i did that, id be tempted to do pistons, possibly cams, valve springs/retainers, rockers, neutral balance shaft/balance shaft delete...

Do they have upgraded rockers/followers for our cars??

The build book claims the 1.69 ratio is plenty for a performance setup.

iirc, powell said that 2nd gen lnf is a little bit stronger than lsj/1st gen lnf...he mentioned this to the people that want to run the 80+ lb valve springs

No.

You don't need to upgrade them (unless you are going for huge power).

The newer LNF followers are supposed to be a bit stronger.

My followers looked perfect when I installed my cams. I left them alone.
