It is the other end of the hose from the solenoid that I cant find. It hidden pretty good but I cant find the nipple on the actuator that it should go on. Could I have the wrong actuator installed? Is there an actuator that doesn't have that nipple for the hose from the solenoid?

Figured Id let you guys know how mine is doing.
With the 2.6" pulley, we are having trouble with the meth spraying so much so fast its causing KR. But this 2.4 loves the boost, Even with some KR, running 10:1, and only 17-18deg it feels like its between 330-340hp and 300tq
We have only done 3-4 WOT passes, his laptop shutdown on him...So tuning more this week as long as the weather holds out.

I do need a new boost gauge tho I believe; Over 15psi, the gauge bounces rapidly between 15psi and above 20psi. If you use the MAP/external gauge, there is no bounce. And since it only reads max of 20, I needed a new one anyways.

Its such a cute little LE5

Say what?!

Sounds more like you have either to little or to much fuel on tip in.

Could you be more specific?

It runs and drives great(got a weird blower surge thats sporadic) But once the meth kicks in(8-10psi) it just hits bout 4-8deg of knock. I got the progressive controller set at sparting at 8 and full in at 11. I have since changed it to 5 starting and 16 full.
But its definitely running fat; At 5800 yesterday I saw 10.0 then 3 dashes...so ya, shes a little rich.

DW300, LSJ rail, 80s, fuelab regulator boost ref, full -6 return, and 2 7gph 50/50(by volume)

This is all new ****, and we are just taking our time. We are in no rush; Although I do daily it, I have enough self control to stay outta boost.

And yes Tjolley, stock lower end. built p&p head with studs tho...**** it, it'll be good

going from stock fuel system(other than 60s), stock engine, and 3.15" pulley to all the **** I got going on now...We only have about 3 hours into the retune so far, and 2 hours of it was driveability ****.

But it feels good, its gonna make some power when fully tuned, and my 15" dr-33s for my ET streets came in yesterday

Quit doing pulls if its that rich, and if you are getting that much knock. Other than that, it should be pretty cool when its finished. 2.4 TVS goodnees.

Jap, you're scaring me.

I thought the same thing. Only thing I can think of is the nipple snapped off sometime during the install. Ill take it back off to investigate.

Will the M62 one work if the TVS one is damaged, or are they 2 different designs?

It should have 2 vacuum hoses just like the m62 does, the hoses should go to the same point

I baby this guy; I stay under 8psi as much as possible anyways. The only "pull" ive done outside tuning, was 1 pull Sunday evening when some ******* wouldn't let me over on the highway

It did great with the 3.15" pulley, can't wait to get some numbers
Once it's all squared away

I was spinning to 9600+ rpm and the alternator is still going stong in another car spinning 8k rpm. Maybe just belt slip?

Excuse my earlier post, as I'm beyond tired today. My thought was that maybe the keyway broke and that the belt wasnt spinning the alt. and thats why the battery light came on. Then 10 minutes later I thought about it again and realized that if that conclusion even entered my head then I'm in no condition to be putting thoughts together today

I would not turn down le dog though...lol
