within the month ill be getting a 2.9 pulley and hp tuners so I can switch back to 93. If im on a 2.7 now will I have to change belts?
Also, will Standard hp tuners be ok? just to change the tune to 93.

Which tensioner pulley do you have? And a stage 2 sized belt? If nothing else swap back to the stock tensioner with a stage 2 belt or stock belt with larger tensioner if you cant get the belt on with a 2.9. Sad day ditching E...I'd be selling my car.

Mine held up just fine until the past 2 months. Starts going dangerously lean in the higher rpms in 4th gear, and has gotten progressively worse. Tested the fuel at 86% ethanol with a cheap test tube and also ziextronic elcetronic sensor in a friends car. Wondering if the spring blend of ~E72-E76 was just enough to make it keep up before. Iunno.

I have tried them all and area reminded me. 2.9. Works the best. I don't have e85. Pump gas. Works so fine. Don't have big numbers. If I wanted big numbers I would get an LS7

Well Perhaps this winter when I get my daily driver ill get bold and drop to a 2.9 pulley and run a 50 shot of N20 like japeater is planning on doing. But it appears there will be E85 in easy access for me so no reason not to run that. However before I do that Ill be replacing my struts and rotors and springs with some of your parts John.

Good choice less than 2.9 generates heat

Japeatr is planning on running a 100 shot. Paid for the the NX kit, warmer, purge and MSD window switch last nite while Area and our group was at the dyno. Now looking into fuel pump options

plus a 50 shot would give me more power than a 2.7 and generate less heat. are you on the stock bottom end john?

When my dw300 took a ****, I got the zzp pump. It is keeping up for me with 80's RSFS up to 7500 rpms on the 2.7 pulley. just as a reference for you

The ZZP dual pump already comes with two of their pumps. were you going to swap out them for two dw300 pumps? and why? and John said the bosh 044 pump is a good one. Could you stay with your pump and go up in pulley size? With the Nitrous it would make a lot more power and you could stay with your current setup?

More power to you man! What compression are your pistons? And ill be watching your setup carefully. Do a write up on nitrous install if you can!

well then do the dual pump option. keep the zzp pumps though. and that should solve your pump dilemma. Then do the 100 shot and you should be making a lot of people jealous. I wonder how much of a shot I could run on the stock motor.. probably no more than a 50. Lucky for you, you have a built engine!

If there's already one in the tank, no point pulling it out

indeed. when you think about it, its a really elegant solution. and adaptors for the plastic lines are easy, two sizes, 5.16 and 3.8, and then AN 6 Lines carry enough fuel no problem. The plastic lines can be finessed to go where ever. The surge tank could even go where the current filter is located, its a nice safe place to be.

I know nothing about that stuff. Harold Martin did the nos for time attack, or rather his guy a very clever engineer tech type who went somewhere else afterwards. To Lotus maybe.
