Blue's car makes 5-6 more psi than mine up top, maybe 1-2 of that is from the 2.5" just being slightly more restrictive, but we have identical mods and his keeps climbing, and you can feel it.
Do you have a screenshot of a log? I didnt realize it was so violent. Ill go find my log of my dyno runs. With the 2.5 I hit like 19.5 and dropped to 17.5ish.

Its not actually as bad as a stock turbo subaru lol I just really wanted to say that. In logs all you see is it climb up and max the MAP, then before redline it comes down from the max value a bit. If you look at my dyno graph you can see the boost curve. In reality, it drops 3 psi from peak at 5500-6k to redline.

My Maf hz continues to climb as well. Its just weird that everyone else with a TVS and these cams has the normal rise in boost with rpm. The one that really did it for me was when we were tuning Blue's car. Identical setups. I've seen stock blowers plateau when pushed, but this is odd. What else is odd is that before this year, the boost always climbed to redline (after I fixed my belt slip issue anyways lol) and the only thing I changed was the cams. I even swapped back to the 2.7" to make sure it wasnt belt slip. Still did the same thing. The car makes 16-17psi at redline on the 2.7

Unless my car is just that different with the large exhaust ports, cams, and 3" exhaust that it cant keep up on the intake side, but I'm not the only one running that setup. Like I said, the car runs strong enough for the few months those things will be in the car, so I'll just let it ride

And by no means am I blaming you for anything cam related lol

you can pull the valve cover and check the base circle if its to big it can hold the valves just off seat

I have know Idea on the maf I wasn't tuning it but I was move right at 2lbs a min more then another tvs car on the same pulley and I was not pulling to but 7200 at the time

well **** happens

the zzp stg2 cams have a wide lsa 113 the wider a lsa the more it blows cylinder pressure off at high rpm so if the base circle is to big and holding the valves a spilt red C U N T hair off seat it will show more at high rpm then it would low rpm

You wouldn't think it would just do it only after 6k if it was a cam issue.

And yeah I got cams fer dayz! Lol 2 sets of stock ones too.

You would think it would be linear though wouldn't you? And yes my ports are big but they arent leaps and bounds larger than anyone elses.

The cams are getting into their efficiency range up top. If you've double and Trimble checked for boost leaks and belt slip, I wouldn't worry about it.

Its just odd that the power starts to drop off at the same 7600 rpms where my stock cams went to lunch. Like I said this will all be cured soon!

Speaking of lunch, I'm hungry. Lunch time lol

On my car they peaked at 6,800-6,900 every pull.
That's why they came out.

we know smaller then stock ports

the stock cams are on a 107.5 lsa take a stock cam and widen th lsa to 113 and the 107.5 will build more cylinder pressure up top then then a cam with a lsa of 113 te zzp cams are 113 my car dropped a pound @8000 on the zzp cams and others are seeing close to the same so its bull **** about the cams hitting its point of efficiency its either going out the valves from them being held of seat or the ring set cant handle it
