I'm looking to do a little more clean up and detail work with some small painting. Very happy with the car and barley even touched on the potential of the TVS. Got myself a raced lined up tonight with a turbo LSJ and Mazda speed 3 running stock turbo 24psi e47. :-)

My 80's are at 94-98% idc. Looking to get to 8k so prob gonna get Brfps and some valve springs next and hopefully pulley down a little more if possible. Got a header/dp coming soon since I'm on factory exhaust.

Theres something different about the car in the signature and the car in the picutes... I can't put my finger on it...

What you mean...all looks good to me.

Sadly I do miss my Cobalt though. Wish it never left. That's why we bought the Redline for the wife. Win win for both of us!

lol holy crap i have her, and might have some nice info in the future.

shes back!!!

Jr smoothed out my inlet so no more bumpy sand casting ness

ran it on his car for a bit with a 2.6" made 27psi at sea level and made 25psi and put down 330whp @5000ft

then rode in his "Super Secret" ported m62 with a 2.4" pulley...car rips.
said it usually makes about 22psi. i saw it hit ~23-24psi and it was about 90*ambient.

awd dyno is nearly set up. i'll be going out there for some comparisons with my stock m62, harrop, and hp tuners scanner on his car eventually.

i saw 2300 tvs case
a 2300 lysholm
a 1320 tvs in pieces
a single pass/ported/temp coated IM

yeah, dyno was in. they finished adding the "D" rings in the floor to strap cars down while i was there.
we put jr's brother's gf's pontiac vibe on it to test it out...need to find a new way to log rpm to finish checking it though
they still need to figure out the program and such

Well after 2+ years and 50,000 miles of abuse from the Zzp stage 4 clutch i think my TOB finaly gave up. After a hard pull i have no clutch pedal. I have to pump the pedal to get it to release the Clutch. I put a new clutch master cylinder on thinkin it would solve the bleeding down issue. Which i though did. But after several races to night. The last one loosing to a dynoed 330 whp srt4 cuz the the clutch wouldn't disenguage so i couldn't shift. Looks like i have a fun couple of weeks a head of me. Cuz the new TOB will come with a 2.4lsj. Can't wait.

It's scary how much you and melon still trust him after what he done to the members on this forum.

Either he's learned to tune, getting tuned, or using the methanol trick I came up with.

Same exact thing happened to me the first night I put the TVS on. Did a hard 2nd-top of 4th gr pull and pop noclutch pedal. Found out my tob went out and built up some much prepressure it put a crack in the plastic clutch line from the distribution block to the master. Was fun driving home with no pedal lol.

he only did bearings on my tvs...no tuning involved.

you don't get pre pressure in a clutch line the master cylinder is designed to allow back pressure to go back the reservoir hence the hard pedal from a bad tb shoving the fluid back through in a high rpm situation the line cracked more then likely from vibration or poor craftmenship

Maybe it's time to move on Steve? Be the bigger man. He cost you a few hundred bucks. It sucks.

"Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die."

I was working with a guy on RLFs on a project and he ran into some tough times and disappeared for over a year. I had paid and sent him parts worth over $400. I thought that money was gone.

He texted me last week saying he got is situation figured out and asked for my address so he could pay me back. I could have been a total dick to him from the beginning and it would have got me no where.

I know every situation is different. Good luck!

Ah. Well I couldn't figure out how it failed. Took it for what it was. Didn't even know till I tried bleeding the system after the new clutch install. Was a very fine hair line crack close to the seam. Wished the make some better then a plastic line.
