Sorry jolley's right here. The air will be flowing across the tune opening, not the temp bulb. EVENTUALLY the air in the tube would heat up to equal temp but how fast is unknown.

^thats the problem I'm having the temperature lags on my IAT2s and I'm sure it's because of the hose, that's why I'm asking how you guys normally mount the sensor, I used the hose just because I was unsure of trimming that sensor. I'm going to trim it on my day off and hope that helps

i know there was a pic on the forum somewhere, cuz i saw someone else do it, so thats how i did mine since i had planned to use an SC spacer so the tvs wouldnt be holding it do

Not yet. 100 more miles and we will dial it in. I'm thinking thursday night sounds nice, so we can take it out to play this weekend 
Will be the first time he has had a 100% working clutch in the car since he bought it in April, and he now has a TVS and header and dp as well, so he may need to get used to it 
Also, he just turned 18 on Friday His dad and my dad have been best friends since high school, so hes pretty much like my other little brother lol
