So question guys. I have to remove my mp90 (yes I know its a tvs thread) to replace my intake manifold gasket. All set to come up but I used rtv blue gasket adhesive and the Damn thing won't budge. Any ideas? I've yanked on it. Even put a brace across the motor and tried using ratcheting straps to lift. Bought straps rated to 600 and they snapped! Any suggestions on anything I could do? Would an adhesive remover or solvent even work? Any help would b appreciated as its my daily and has been down almost a month now

Blue, rootbeer, Mrb who are you guys tuned by? My car runs like crap, I know it's the tune but the "tuner" refuses to look at it again with me shelling out $300 and if he's going to do the same **** poor job as this tune I'd rather keep my money

Its the sc to the manifold. 3 of 4 bolts r out. 4th bolt can't come out until the sc lifts a bit. Need the housing raised so that I can just pull out. Bolt is loosened and sc should b able to raise from manifold. But not budging at all

Fuel rail is removed. All hoses disconnected, belt disconnected, Cai disconnected. This thing is a pain in the ass. Almost rather go back to stock but that would involve sc being removed too

^ Good luck!
I would try prying between the SC and manifold with something thin like a scraper to see if you can remove some of the glue. Just be careful...

That's a bit of a drive for me all I know is I need a tune I've seen my afrs bounce from 12 to 16 and my rpms from 750ish to 1350ish and then it dies, I've cleaned/replaced MAF to no avail so yea... End of rant...
